HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said that the United States wants to end the Gulf crisis and there is no response from the siege countries to the American proposals to resolve it.

The State of Qatar has affirmed that the decision of the siege countries to add 18 individuals and entities that they believe to have links to terrorism, including Qatari citizens, and linking these entities to the State of Qatar, aims to discredit the State of Qatar, stressing that Qatar is sparing no effort to fight terrorism and extremism.

Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said today that his current visit to Washington is part of the follow-up efforts exerted by the State of Kuwait in partnership with the United States to reach a diplomatic solution to the Gulf crisis.

HE Secretary-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Hammadi, who is also member of the Qatari Compensation Claims Committee said that the Committee has received 2,945 individual cases from the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC), noting that there are 600 files of traders in the Chamber of Commerce of Qatar.
