The State of Qatar has stressed that it attaches great importance to national development, regional stability and global harmony. It also contributes significantly to international development and to alleviating the suffering of those affected by war and conflict through humanitarian assistance and development projects in many areas of conflict and occupation.

The State of Qatar renewed its commitment to supporting the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and called on member states to participate in providing support to the agency.

The State of Qatar, on behalf of the Group of Friends of the Responsibility to Protect, called upon member states of the United Nations to develop an implementable strategy to prevent atrocities and protect the civilian population from atrocities throughout the world.

The State of Qatar reiterates that the fabricated crisis, the unjust siege, and the unjust and illegal unilateral measures against it are the embodiment of irresponsible policies that do not adhere to international law or the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations or the principles of good neighborliness and do not take into account the importance of the cohesion of sister States and peoples They also do not take into account the preservation of important regional systems such as the Gulf Cooperation Council.
