Assistant Foreign Minister Meets UN Officials

HE Assistant Foreign Minister and Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater met separately on Wednesday with HE Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva Tatiana Valovaya, HE President of the Human Rights Council in Geneva Elisabeth Tichy-Fisslberger, and HE UN Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights Nada Al Nashif, at the UN headquarters in Geneva.






Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Renews Qatar's Call to Create Binding Security Agreement for Middle Eastern Countries

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani reiterated Qatar's call to all countries in the Middle East to conclude a binding security agreement, specifying the conditions for its success to be "collective and binding; based on agreed principles of security, developed with rules of governance, dispute resolution, and accountability; respectful of sovereignty and equality among its members; a commitment to non-interference in internal affairs."
